Decades of unmanaged cedar growth had reduced usable pasture to less than 30% of the property and threatened a stand of heritage live oaks.
Our Approach
How we got it done.
We mapped every tree worth saving, then used selective forestry mulching to remove cedar and underbrush down to a 4" mulch bed — no burn piles, no hauling, no soil disturbance.

Doubled grazeable acreage, protected the live oaks, and left a nutrient-rich mulch layer that improved soil retention through the next dry season.
